RELIGION: YOU KNOW IT MAKES SENSE

"A British teacher has been arrested in Sudan for letting her children name a teddy bear Mohammed, the British Embassy said.

Gillian Gibbons, 54, from Liverpool, was detained on Sunday on suspicion of insulting Islam's prophet.

The teacher let her class of seven year olds choose the name as part of a school project."

Outrageous!

Why has the teacher been arrested and not the teddy bear? Unless it's on record that he objected to being called Mohammed, then I think it's him who should be prosecuted under Sudan's "faith and religions" legislation.

Utter madness!

a teddy bear, yesterday, not causing
an international incident.

Which is why we are at war. Not with the Saudis specifically but against this kind of religious evil and it has to be done a bit at a time, it's way too big and entrenched to take on the whole thing in one go. Iraq is now on its way to becoming a Korea or a Japan and being a 'beach-head', something like the D-Day invasion of France. Which was the most important of the reasons for invading it in the first place.

Let us all name everything mohamed.
and spell it wrong.
mohamed badges and mohamed lipstick.
Mohamed the monkey.
Mohamed the mouse.

I do however, believe that anybody who is drawn to Saudi jobs by the high wage offered, is dumb if they don't weonder WHY such high wages are offered: it's because nobody likes them!
